YOUR RESERVATION
After we have received your reservation, we will submit it in our electronic database. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail; we ask that check that every detail is correct, if not, you must let us know immediately. Once we have received your full payment, you will receive a further confirmation e-mail with all the details about your holiday home, the place to meet and greet, and of course where to collect your keys. We will also provide you with a map and other necessary information.
Quality Home Service-Spain always has the right to refuse a reservation.
The tenant has to leave the holiday home at the pre-specified time that means between 8.00 am and 10.00 am. Arrival is between 4pm and 6 pm and in low season 2pm - 6pm. If your arrival or departure does not fit between these hours, you must let us know as soon as possible.
If your departure does not within the pre-specified time and without mutual agreement, the tenant will be liable for additional fees. The tenant must comply fully with the operating instructions of the holiday home as detailed by Quality Home Service-Spain and/or the owner.
The lead tenant is legally responsible for any damage caused by him/herself or any other member of their party. Any damage must be reported immediately to Quality Home Service-Spain, in order to carry out the repairs.
The cost of such repairs must be paid immediately to Quality Home Service-spain or the owner.
