Once your property is submitted onto our electronic booking system we can see which dates your property is available for rent clearly, allowing bookings to be taken at the right periods.
You will be notified within 24 hours on every new reservation or any other matter in relation to your property. As we also do the departure clean, your property can be used again immediately, helping maximise rental income.
