This apartment is situated in the Manilva Beach Complex on the foot of de Alboran Hills. Completed in 2007, this apartment overlooks the valley, the sea, the hills, the nature reserve and the swimming pool. During the summer there is a garden at the swimming pool, and it is possible to use the outdoor toilets and showers. This apartment has 2 big Bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom and1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate bathroom. A small terrace overlooks the pool that enjoys the sun well into the evening. Here you can enjoy a sangria, while soaking up the last of the rays.

The beautiful marina Port of La Duquesa is a short 5 minute drive or a 30 minute walk along the beach with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes. Exciting places to visit are Marbella, Puerto Banus, Casares, Gibraltar and many more… Every city is very easy to reach through the rapid coastal road.
